Pottery
In Pottery we have different courses depending on your interest:
These are short courses for hands on experience:
7days rs. 4500
5days rs. 3500
3days rs. 2900
1day rs. 850
You learn how to prepare clay nice and smooth, making with hands techniques, pinching, coiling, slab work and practice on electric wheel.
We provide all the material and you take home what you make.
Each session is of 2hours, you can select which days and the hours between 12pm to 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
Space available for doing your own pottery practice or for any project work.
In your free time whenever you wish to come and do your practice by yourself, you can let us know in advance and depending on the availability you can use the space for the duration convenient for you. Clay, wheel, tools all you can use. For this you can pay rs. 300 for 2hours.
We provide a facility to bake/fire your clay pieces in our kiln whenever the firing is going to happen. Please contact us for this to know more.

Pottery Professional Course:
Pottery course basic level 1 and level 2.
Each level is of 22-24hours, 2hours a day. (You may choose number of days a week maximum 5days a week i.e. 10hours per week)
Basic level 1
You will learn:
Basics of pottery
How clay is prepared
Hand work
Wheel practice
Understanding the speed of wheel
Use of different tools
Use of items from home as tools
Different types of clays
Whatever you make you can take it home at the end of the basic level 1.
Fees for basic level 1 rs. 4800
If you wish to continue for basic level 2 then bring your best 6 pieces for bisque fire from level 1
Basic level 2.
You will learn:
More techniques in hand building
More time on wheel
Make objects of bigger size than previous level on wheel
Understand what is bisque fire
Learn when is pottery ready for firing
Take with you what all you have made during the course of basic level 2.
Note: the firing will be done only when all the objects have dried well and it will be a group firing. Individual firing is not available.
Fees for basic level 2 rs. 5800 (firing rs. 600 additional)
You can buy clay from us and create things at your home and we can fire it for you, depending on the size and quantity, we take the charges for firing, bisque and/or glaze.
Level 3 is the advanced level. You learn glazing and different techniques of decoration and firing.
This is rs. 7500

Sewing
Basic level 1:
Learn taking measurements
Prepare fabric and cutting
Sewing: cushion cover, bag, quilted pouch, cardigan, skirt, shorts, kimono, top

Intermediate level 2:
Batwa, base box bag with lining and pocket, Peplum, wrap around skirt, princess line top, koti, rounded corner mat and coaster

Rounded base batwa, box bag size and base, cutlery case, wallet, balloon sleeves offshoulder top, salwar, front open jacket, one-piece dress

It will be such a wonderful feeling to be able to make your own garments or stitch for your loved ones.
We are happy to offer hands-on learning on a sewing machine. All materials are provided, even a beginner can join with no prior experience of sewing. Your interest and willingness to learn is what will sail the boat.
You will learn how to take measurements, trace it on paper, make templates, prepare fabric, trace on fabric, cut it, sew it on a sewing machine and iron it for finishing.

Tie dye
A plain white cloth gets a miraculous transformation with different forms of tying and dying it.
In our country there are many different types of resist dying techniques, the popular ones bandhani and leheriya and batik. Where the batik is a resist dying, bandhani and leheriya are based in tying resist styles.
In our tie dye course you learn different types of tying the fabric:
Shibori
Bandhani
Leheriya
Twist tying
Fold tying

This includes fabric for each type of tying style and one tshirt for twist tying technique.

Jewellery making
You are fond on wearing different types of jewellery and imagine you are able to make your jewellery that you can match with your outfits, how fun that would be.
Join our jewellery making course and enjoy wearing, gifting or selling.
We make use of glass beads, wooden beads, metal beads, stone beads, paper beads, fabric, thread, wire, clay.

We find so many cloth pieces our our house that we can decorate and enhance with lovely colourful threads and different knots and stitches. Once you have learnt embroidery you can beautify your garments, cushion covers, napkins, bags, home decor items and so much more.

Learn different types of embroidery stitches
Make a final piece with the types of different stitches learnt.

A pattern with a center which grows and expands as it moves outwards. With the use of different freehand lines and shapes in a repetitive circular manner, this Art form can take you into trance. Connect with spirituality, a mandala Art when placed is considered to bring good vibrations.
